The Ohio Attorney General is not only Ohio's leading law enforcement office but also protect Ohio consumers from fraudulent businesses, such as unethical dealers. You must operate your dealership with the highest level of ethical standards on every deal. If a dealer in Ohio does not follow all rules and guidelines, the Attorney General could order an investigation into your dealership. Dealers that run illegal, or deceptive advvertising can be investigated by the Attorney General office as well. You will learn how to comply with AG regulations in your Ohio Dealer License Training Course. You may take the dealer training course online at your conveniance then download your Dealer Certificate of Completion at the end of the training.
